This Privacy Policy applies to information that Veridict AB ("Veridict", "we", “us” or “our”) collect when you use any of our websites, our Services or any third-party products and services that integrate with our websites, APIs, or other Services (hereinafter “Service” our “Services”).

Protecting privacy is part of our core, thus we have designed our Services to be built on anonymized data in the fullest extent possible.


Data and information collected by us to perform our Services

  • When a user accesses our Services, we may collect certain limited anonymized location and usage data. Other Services connected to our corporate Services may collect some user data as part of providing these Services.

  • Veridict collects, directly or indirectly via its partners, the personal data you provide Veridict and/or its partners through web forms or email. Filling in such forms is totally voluntary. Sample forms can be contact forms or if you want to book a demo.

  • When signing up for an account you need to provide us with certain contact information and billing information such as; company name, company address/billing address, company registration number, email address, contact name, and telephone number.

  • Our Services might require you to upload or send us specific data as part of providing our Services, this data is referred to as “hosted data”. This data consists of the data you upload to us via email, our online service, or our APIs.

We automatically collect certain information when you access or use our Services, for example in our server logs, usage analytics and error reports. For example, we may collect IP addresses of devices accessing our website in our server logs, as well as information like internet domains, the date and time of a visit, and the pages accessed on our websites. In addition, we may automatically collect certain technical information whenever a third-party product or service that integrates our Services makes a request to our APIs. This information includes, among other things like IP address, browser type, the content of the request, the time of the request, the pages accessed on our websites, usage data, device information and operating system information.

This information is anonymized and separate to the anonymized location data that may be used for our Services.

  • Information obtained via forms on our websites or account information provided when accessing our Services, is retained in our CRM system for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or relevant in order to provide our Services to you.
